You will be asked to enter your shipping and billing info. Please make sure your billing address is the exact same as what your credit card provider has on file. Your billing address is the location where your monthly account statements are sent to. If your billing and shipping address are different, please indicate why in the special order instructions field. Next you will enter your credit card or check number (for online check payments).
