The terms of this agreement will begin upon your acceptance of this program and will end when terminated by either party. Either you or we may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause or advanced notice.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO ALL ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOU HAVE INDEPENDENTLY EVALUATED THE DESIRABILITY OF PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM AND ARE NOT RELYING ON ANY REPRESENTATION, GUARANTEE, OR STATEMENT.

STRICT RULES FOR PLACEMENT

Notice: You can not sell our products along side competitor products. this means you can not have one site that markets both our products and products sold by our competitors. This Includes, graphics, text or banners directing customers to a competitor's site.

3. You CAN NOT BY LAW call the products drug alternatives, or herbal drugs, or sell our vaporizers or accessories as anything to do with illegal drugs. This means you cannot say "marijuana alternative", "legal marijuana", "marijuana vaporizers" or similar names that attempt to sell our products as intended for use with illegal substances. If you have a website with information about anything, that is fine, but you cannot market our products as an alternative to anything illegal, or for use with illegal substances. You cannot call any of our products drug alternatives, legal highs, herbal highs, etc. You cannot market the product as any type of legal alternative to a illegal street drug or other commonly known drug names or slang terms. You can use any descriptions found on our website, and may modify the text links as long as you stay within our guidelines. You cannot make any unproven claims to the effects of our products. 4. If you are caught cheating, you are banned from our program, permanently. We have over 2000 active affiliates, so please, be fair.

6. AT SOME TIMES AFFILIATES MAY NEED TO REVISE OR REMOVE PRODUCT NAMES, IMAGES, LINKS AND DATA PROVIDED BY THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM. IT IS THE AFFILIATES DUTY TO KEEP CONTACT INFO CURRENT IN ORDER FOR US TO REACH YOU IN THESE SITUATIONS. IF WE CANNOT CONTACT YOU BY EMAIL AND REQUIRED CHANGES ARE NOT MADE WE WILL SUSPEND YOUR AFFILIATE ACCOUNT PENDING REVISIONS. PLEASE KEEP YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION CURRENT! SUSPENDED AFFILIATES ARE NOT PAID!
